I have taught French, Spanish and English (EAL) to native speakers of dozens of other languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Korean, Japanese, Farsi, and Tagalog). My fee per period of instruction includes personalized lesson preparation. Most students have one lesson per week. My middle school students have drastically improved in their studies and successfully completed IB Middle Years Program (MYP) courses (French and Spanish). My high school students have successfully completed Rotary International Youth Exchanges, immersion programs and the IB Diploma Program (DP) (Spanish and French; Language B and abInitio courses). My adult students (university students, government and other professionals) have successfully passed internationally-recognized exams (TOEFL, Cambridge, IELTS, CELPIP) in Canada, France, and Peru. Students of all ages have enjoyed improved in-school class experiences as well as travel, equipped with useful language and intercultural skills. I do not work with students younger than eight for individual lessons.
