At first, this is quite simply breathtaking and then it becomes hypnotizing. If you really must multi-task, you’ll be able to enjoy this without looking at the video the whole time.

This second ‘formal’ concert is can be appreciated by any audience. It is one of Bobby McFerrin and the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra is well worth an hour to enjoy the hilarious visual elements, with headphones to catch the subtle details.
This is the world’s greatest vocalist. I have been a fan for 30 years. He is getting better and better. A dose of Bobby makes any day better.
I agree! I have only started listening to his works for a few months, but I just love his style and his complex simplicity, if that makes sense. Is there anything by him that you would recommend?
Yes, if you have access to YouTube, you can watch this master of vocalization in several wonderful clips. One With great audio is this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa4eNnw3mZk
This is from his early years. But, you can compare it with this recent one called “Drive.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-rtv_E7XYY
If you like a bit more romantic then listen to “Smile.” This man is fabulous. Oh, yeah. I listen to him every day.
Loved them all, but especially Opportunity and Smile.
Thanks so much! I’d love to see him live one day…but if not, thank goodness for YouTube!
