A pleasantly breezy day in early fall overlooking the river. I am lucky to cross the river twice daily, allowing me to enjoy the sunrise (often very colourful) and these early afternoon moments. A tidal bore occurs in the Petitcodiac twice daily when powerful tides in the Bay of Fundy begin to travel up the river. These are among the most powerful tides in the world, with over 100 billion tons of water coming in and out of the bay each day!
